Yes! We offer both online and in-person ADHD therapy sessions. Our virtual therapy options make it easy to access expert support from anywhere in Ontario, including Toronto, Vaughan, and Richmond Hill.

We do! We are located at 9040 Leslie St Unit 7, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 3M4. We also offer virtual sessions from the comfort of your home.

How much does a therapy session cost?

Each ADHD therapy session costs $108. We strive to make expert ADHD treatment affordable and accessible.

Do you provide treatment for adults as well?

Yes! We offer ADHD therapy for adults to improve focus, time management, and emotional regulation. Our therapists use CBT and executive function coaching to help with productivity, relationships, and daily challenges. Sessions are available online and in-person.

Is therapy covered by insurance?

ADHD assessments and follow-up therapy are covered by most extended health benefit plans provided by work-place benefit plans or benefit plans which you pay into monthly.

Me or my child already have a diagnosis. Can you still help?

We offer therapy to help manage ADHD. Our therapists can give you or your child tools and strategies to improve focus and handle challenges in school, work, and daily life.

Is ADHD different in girls vs boys?

Yes, ADHD can look different in girls. Boys are often more hyperactive and impulsive, while girls are more likely to struggle quietly with inattention, daydreaming, and emotional regulation. As a result, ADHD in girls can be harder to spot and sometimes goes undiagnosed longer.
